These Are the Five Most Expensive Properties for Sale in the Pittsburgh Area Right Now

While we’re only six months into 2024, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services already had its largest sale of the year in Western Pennsylvania.

Facilitated by agent Amy Bair, 5565 Northumberland St. in Squirrel Hill sold for $5.9 million in May. In addition to seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, the updated manse has a three-car garage, wine cellar, golf simulator, outdoor kitchen, butler’s pantry, two elevators and an in-laws suite.

Although this amenity-filled home is no longer on the market, we’ve rounded up five of the Pittsburgh area’s other most expensive luxury properties, some of which have esteemed design pedigrees.

South Drive

The most expensive property currently on the market in the Pittsburgh region is 134 South Drive in Fox Chapel.
